Joe Narciso

Joe has spent 20 years acting with and writing for, the best in the business. Performing in over two thousands commercials for some of the best known brands in the world such as Mercedes-Benz, Calvin Klein, E*Trade and Coca-Cola, Joe’s work has been recognized with Emmy’s, Clio’s and the Golden Lion at the Cannes Film Festival.

As a prolific writer, Joe has penned over 30 pilot scripts, treatments and series concepts. His freshman television pilot, “Split the Difference” was purchased by NBC after winning the New York Television Festival. His film “Sweetie” won multiple national film festivals.

Before working in entertainment, Joe spent many years on Wall Street, in technology. Having held positions with Chase and Sanwa Securities, Joe finally rose to the title of Global Head of Application Integration for Deutsche Bank, with staff in New York, London, Singapore and Australia. Joe is currently the creative director of CreationArc and Micronormous. John Harris

John is a marketing veteran with more than 25 years of experience conceiving and producing marketing and communications strategies, campaigns and messages for both print and digital communications media, including: advertising; collateral; direct marketing; public relations; and social media.

As a film producer and marketing director, John leverages a keen eye for visual and written creative; talent for bringing together differing talents, abilities and personalities; and a penchant for first-class client service.

In addition to his film work with charitable, educational, religious and local municipal organizations, John has spent time working on both the agency and corporate side; developing retail and institutional brands in the beauty and personal care, consumer and commercial electronics, fashion, financial services, software, and spirits sectors. Patrick MacDonald

Pat is a cinematographer, editor, script writer, and actor. After graduating with a degree in film and a brief stint with a Fortune 25 communications firm, this “Garden State” native left the “9-5” world to pursue his first love – making films.

Pat has literally traveled the world on behalf of a host of charitable, educational, religious and local municipal organizations. His credits include documentaries to raise awareness about such humanitarian causes as homelessness, poverty, and sex-trafficking, as well as advocacy for such causes as Parkinson’s Disease and ALS. His work on under-age drinking/driving prevention films has been seen in over 150 countries around the world.

When not behind the camera or editing deck, Pat can be found blogging and hosting podcasts about professional soccer.

Charlene Narciso

Charlene headshot_1Charlene has over 10 years of experience in the field of film and entertainment, working as a casting director, production manager, and copywriter, as well as in new business and client relations. Her body of work includes independent films, television pilots, and radio and television commercials.

Prior to entering into the film and entertainment industry, Charlene served as a Missionary on Native American Reservations; had a career in sales; earned undergraduate and graduate degrees, and various certifications in Education; and co-authored a number of training manuals for educators. Charlene’s professional success includes being recognized on both local and national levels for her work as a ground-breaking educator, and sales professional for a Fortune 500 Company.

Much more important to Charlene than her professional work and accomplishments is her role as mother to three daughters and wife to husband Joe, CreationArc co-founder.
